Our barley comes from the Delta area and is available either as whole or milled.   Barley is sold by the 5 gallon bucket which we then pour into your own container for you to take home.  5 gallons of whole barley weighs approximately 33 lbs. and 5 gallons of milled barley weighs approximately 28 lbs.
